You are not capped at 30 villas because of the market.

You are capped because you are the switchboard. Every wifi password, every late checkout, every cleaner who needs telling — routed through one person, by hand, at 2am.

One hour, in the actual product, on why that is a routing job rather than a judgment job — and what happens to the ceiling when it comes off you.

Date being confirmed — register and you get it first.

Take a seat

Free. No recording-only upsell — everyone who registers gets the replay either way.

Villa count decides whether this is worth your hour — under ten and it probably is not, and it is better that you know now.

Why live, not the replay

About 35 minutes in, a QR code goes on screen. It is a real villa's guest portal. You message it from your own phone — ask it whatever your worst guest asked you this month — and it gets answered live, in front of the room.

The recording cannot hand you the QR code. That segment is the only reason to be there in person, and it is the reason most people decide.

Three things you will watch happen

Not slides of them. Them, in the product, while you watch.

01

It answers, and it sends

23:40, a guest asks in Spanish. Answered in her language, on WhatsApp and in the guest app — sent, not sitting in a draft queue waiting for you.

02

Your crew, in their own language

02:10, an AC fails. It opens a task with a clock and a photo requirement, in Burmese or Thai, for the person who actually fixes it.

03

The line it will not cross

A guest asks for a refund. It does not decide. Refunds, safety and anything legal escalate to you with the full context attached.

The arithmetic we do live, with your numbers

A hundred guest messages a day to deliver about eight decisions. That is the shape of it for nearly everyone at this size, and it is why hiring does not fix it — you would be paying someone to do the ninety-two, badly, with none of your information.

For reference, 30 villas on Hostella is $789/month, everything included. We put that against what a part-time ops hire costs where you are, live on the call.

Who this hour is for

Managers running roughly 10–50 villas who have stopped taking on properties because the messages already do not fit in the day.

Not for you if you run one or two properties — you are not at the ceiling yet, and an hour on it is an hour wasted. Start a free trial instead.
