Can I migrate from Hospitable to Hostella?+
Yes. Reservations + properties move via a CSV import (built into onboarding). There is no OTA re-linking with Hostella — there is no OTA app connection to authorise. Your existing OTA setup stays untouched, and Hostella reads reservations in parallel via Hostaway, iCal, or forwarded confirmation emails.
Will my existing Airbnb / Booking.com listings break?+
No. Hostella deliberately holds no OTA API — reservations and calendars reach it via iCal, the Hostaway connector, or forwarded confirmation emails. Your Hospitable connection stays intact during the transition — you can run both side-by-side until you cut over.
Is Hostella actually cheaper than Hospitable?+

Hostella exports CSV + iCal for all reservations and guests. We do not lock data in — our Trust Center documents the full export procedure publicly. Switching is reversible.
Does Hostella offer the $5M damage protection Hospitable bundles?+
Not yet — that's on our roadmap. We integrate with Safely and Superhog for damage protection + guest KYC, which is what most operators use anyway. If bundled damage protection is your #1 criterion today, Hospitable is still ahead.
