The three jobs it takes over
Every question a guest can ask about your property, in their language, in seconds, drawn from rules you wrote once.
Turning what the guest wants into someone's job, with an owner, a due time and proof it was done.
Self check-in with ID capture and room assignment, and a check-out that closes the stay, frees the room and triggers the review request.
The loop, step by step
One QR per property, or a link per stay. It opens in the guest's language and installs to the home screen — no app store, no account, no download. Wi-Fi, door code, house rules, the menu and the AI all live in it.
Under ten seconds, in their language, from your house rules and approved knowledge. On WhatsApp and the guest app it sends automatically. On Airbnb and Booking.com threads — which reach you through the Hostaway connector or a forwarded confirmation, never a direct OTA login — it writes the reply for you to send.
Towels, a late checkout, a broken air-conditioner: an assigned task with an owner, a due time and an SLA timer. Your staff get it on their phone in Thai, Burmese or English, and close it with a photo. The guest watches a live tracker.
Refunds, complaints, anything unusual: drafted, held, and escalated with the guest context and the reason it stopped. You approve, edit or take over. Draft, Assisted and Autopilot decide how much it does on its own.
Guests scan the QR, fill in their details, photograph a passport for everyone in the room, and you assign a unit in one tap — the documents arrive by email for registration. On the last morning the bill is approved on screen, the cash and keys are photographed as the receipt, the room frees up and the review request goes out.
Hostaway, two-way iCal, Google Calendar, direct bookings and self check-ins land on a single timeline the agent reads — so it knows who is arriving, who is leaving, and which villa is free before it answers anyone.

A silent tour of the real dashboard, running on demo villas. No audio.
What connects, and what does not
WhatsApp on your own Meta Business number, and the guest app. These are the two channels where the AI can reply end-to-end without you.
Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda. There is no direct OTA API behind Hostella — those threads come in through the Hostaway connector or a forwarded confirmation email, and the AI drafts the reply.
Two-way iCal with anything that publishes a feed, the native Hostaway connector, Google Calendar, and booking confirmation emails.
A worker app in the staff member's own language, task assignment with SLA timers, photo proof-of-done, and a board you can see from anywhere.
Already running a PMS? Hostella sits on top of it rather than replacing it — your system stays the system of record.

Does Hostella connect directly to Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. There is no direct OTA API integration and no partner programme behind Hostella. Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda reach you through the native Hostaway connector, a two-way iCal feed, or a forwarded confirmation email. Reservations and calendars sync that way; message threads come through Hostaway. On those channels the AI writes the reply and you send it.
What can the AI send without me?
On WhatsApp and the guest app it answers end-to-end once you promote it out of Draft mode. Everything sensitive — refunds, disputes, anything unusual — is held for approval regardless of the mode you choose.
Do guests have to download anything?
No. The guest app is a web app that installs to the home screen in one tap. No app store, no account, no password. It ships in nine languages including right-to-left layouts.
How do staff get the work?
In their own phone app, in their own language, with the task, the due time and the villa. They close it with a photo, and that photo is the proof attached to the task.
What happens at check-out?
The bill is already in the guest's chat and approved on screen. They photograph the cash and the keys, and that picture becomes the receipt on a task for your team. The stay then closes itself: the room frees up and the review request goes out.
How long does it take to set up?
About 15 minutes. Sign up, confirm your email, and a guided wizard collects your house rules, message examples, staff contacts and escalation rules — then the agent goes live in Draft mode.
